Savor the year-round bounty of Hood Canal at our monthly Canal Cookouts. Chat with our Executive Chef, Josh Delgado, while he prepares and serves you the freshest local ingredients refined with culinary technique.
Canal Cookouts are offered the 3rd Thursday of every month at our off-site location, the Union City Market with the exception of January and December. In the winter, they are held inside our historic marina and in the summer, they are held outdoors on the marina's patio. Attired is canal-side casual.
Cost is $45 per person and includes bites and drinks. Canal Cookouts are 21+ events. Multiple ticket discounts are available. Complimentary transportation to and from the resort is available to hotel guests.
November 16th will feature a "Coop Tour" with pheasants, duck and farm eggs.
